It was a beautiful spring weekend in Ellensburg – the trees were leafed out and blooming, it was sunny and, unusual in my experience, it wasn’t very windy at all. It was a great gathering of people who love horses and riding trails, with lots of classes and vendors and the used tack sale. For the line-dancing on Friday night, half the crowd were students from CWU getting their dance on. There was a lively auction on Saturday night, and on Sunday our very own Pat Cosner was presented with the 2025 BCHW Backbone Award!
